 How do I make changes to my order?

  • If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email sales@maisonmavis.com as soon as possible. 

Do you ship to other countries outside of North America?

  • We currently only deliver to United States and Canada. If you would like to purchase our items from another country, please email sales@maisonmavis.com to see if we are able to arrange delivery to you.

How should I care for my Maison Mavis jewelry?

  • We recommend customers not to wear the jewelry in the shower or sleep. Keep the jewelry away from chemicals. To clean your jewelry, simply run it under clean water for a few seconds then dry gently with a soft fabric. Keep your jewelry in a dust-free, dry and cool place when not in use.

The item I want to order is out of stock, will it be back in stock?

  • To keep our customers feeling special, all of our products are limited to less than 5 pairs of each style. We usually don't restock once an item is sold out. If you see something that you like is out of stock, please email the item details to sales@maisonmavis.com, we will let you know the possibility of reordering.
